What is Candy by Shaina?
Candy by Shaina is a fine jewellery brand built at the intersection of fantasy, science, and responsibility. Our pieces are crafted with lab-grown diamonds and designed to celebrate bold colour, emotion, and individuality - luxury that’s kind by design.
Are your diamonds real?
Yes - every Candy diamond is a real diamond. The only difference is their origin: ours are grown above ground in high-tech labs that recreate the same conditions as nature, without the mining or harm.
What does ‘lab-grown’ actually mean?
It means our diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments that mirror the Earth’s diamond-forming process. The result? Physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds - just with a lighter footprint.
Design & Customisation
Can I customise a piece?
Absolutely. Custom is our passion. Whether you want to tweak an existing design or dream up something entirely new, we’ll bring it to life - from coloured stones to unconventional shapes.
Do you only work with coloured diamonds?
Colour is our obsession, but not our limitation. We adore white diamonds too, and can create anything from classic elegance to surreal statement pieces.
Can I design my engagement ring with you?
Yes - we love creating one-of-a-kind engagement rings that feel like you. From concept sketches to finished sparkle, every detail is personal.
Materials & Ethics
Are Candy diamonds conflict-free?
Completely. Because our diamonds are lab-grown, they’re 100% traceable and free from the environmental and ethical issues tied to mining.
Do you use recycled metals?
Yes - all our gold is responsibly sourced or recycled. We believe luxury should look good, feel good, and do good.
How do you ensure sustainability?
We’re conscious from creation to packaging - using ethical production, minimal waste, and recyclable materials. Responsibility isn’t a trend for us; it’s part of the DNA.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK only. However, we hope to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned!
How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made to order. Standard creation time is 3–6 weeks, but custom designs may take longer depending on complexity. We’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Do you offer express orders?
Yes - where possible. If you have a special date or last-minute occasion, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Returns & Care
Can I return my order?
As each piece is made especially for you, we don’t offer refunds on made-to-order or custom pieces. However, if something isn’t right, please contact us - we’ll always try to help.
How do I care for my Candy jewellery?
Handle with love. Avoid harsh chemicals, store pieces individually, and clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Treat it like art - because it is.
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend ordering a ring sizer on Amazon or popping into your nearest jewellery store to get your ring size measured accurately.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Yes. We can resize your ring up or down by around three sizes, but more than that is difficult, so it’s important to send the correct ring measurement in when you place the order. We can also repair most Candy pieces. Just email us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Where can I see Candy pieces in person?
We’re currently available online, but we occasionally host private viewings and pop-ups. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know. If you’re based in London, email us and we’ll be happy to organise a date, time, and location for you to view the pieces in person.
